Step 1: Confirm your email and log in to TemplatesMarket
- Check in your email Box/Spam Box. Search keyword “TemplatesMarket” to check Order Status.

- Confirm and Account Email is the email which you fill in BILLING DETAILS at Checkout.
- If you can’t login to TemplatesMarket, forget your password and log in via email to continue.
Step 2: Change the password to log in for the next time.
- Click on the My Account and select the “Change Password” section or Click here.

Note: Passwords with more than 6 characters include numbers, letters, and special characters.
Step 3: Check and track purchased products.
- Click on “Orders” to check the purchased product information including
- Product Name (PRODUCT)
- Product Expiration Date (EXPIRED)
- Operation Status (ACTION)
Step 4: Product Download Instructions.
- From step 3: Select Download Files or Download Now to Download the File.
- IF DOWNLOAD BUTTON IS NOT WORKING/NOT VISIBLE CONTACT US VIA CHAT SUPPORT TO GET DOWNLOAD LINK
- Click Donwload and enjoy.

After receiving your payment, we will send order details to your email and your account.
Most of our Products are available to deliver immediately, but you need permission to access to the Google Drive link, so please send us request and we will grant you access.
In case our staffs are on a break, please give us 1 – 10 hours to give you access.
